Is there a Dress Code?
There is no dress code unless otherwise stated, you may be asked to remove caps.

Yes. Last admission will be 1 hour before show end time.

Delivery
When will I receive my tickets?
Tickets will be dispatched via your selected shipping option up to a week before the event. You will receive a dispatch e-mail notifying you your tickets are on their way. However please do not contact us until 3-4 working days before the event if you have not received them.
Your tickets will be delivered securely by Royal Mail Special Delivery - if selected - and will require a signature on delivery.
In the event that you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, an Attempted Delivery card will be left with full contact details on for you to rearrange the delivery at your convenience. If you receive an Attempted Delivery card, we urge you to make contact at your earliest convenience to avoid delays in redelivery.
In the event that it becomes impractical to use Royal Mail Special delivery it will be changed to Box Office Collection.
All non-UK orders will NOT be dispatched to you. Please collect your tickets from the Box Office at the event.
When collecting tickets please bring photographic ID (passport/driving license) and the card used to book the tickets.
Facilities
Are there any facilities for disabled people in the club?
Yes there is ramp access at the entrance and first floor. There are disabled toilets on the first floor, there is also a lift from the ground floor to the first floor.
Does the venue have any Air Conditioning?
Yes the venue is fully air conditioned.
Is there a car park at the club?
There is a pay car park behind the venue and metered street parking nearby.
Is there a Cloakroom?
The venue has a cloakroom facility. We accept bags and charge £1 per item.
Refund & Cancellation
Can I get a refund?
Bookings are NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE. We are unable to refund any bookings. Please ensure you select the correct date at time of booking.

Is this site secure?
Yes, all your details are held securely on our systems. Your credit or debit card details are NOT retained by us. When processing payments, we use a SSL secure connection to the banks computers.
